Launching a new approach to IT Support services at Bett 2017
Intelligent Outsource and Intelligent Co-source place smart technologies at the heart of schools’ IT support systems, enabling them to reduce costs whilst increasing system reliability. The launch of these new services marks a step change in the approach to IT support within schools, which has lagged behind advances in education technology and the needs of users.
The days when schools ran relatively basic networks to satisfy all their IT requirements are history. Cloud computing, wireless networks, security, safeguarding, BYOD and so on – schools are now responsible for highly advanced and diverse IT infrastructures that users are increasingly dependent on. CSE identified the need for a new approach for schools wanting to get full control of their systems, and give users a higher level of service.
By harnessing the latest remote monitoring and maintenance technologies, Intelligent Outsource and Intelligent Co-source not only meet the demands of modern IT systems and users, it does so in a way that will actually reduce costs for many schools.
